Whatever life brings, you’re not alone when you have PACT.
PACT (Parents and Children Together) offers services to young people who are at risk of unprotected sexual activity, early pregnancy as well as pregnant and parenting teens.
Our Program
The PACT program provides teens with opportunities for cultural and educational enrichment activities that can support the development of personal goals. We are available to those in the Village of Hempstead and surrounding communities.
Services
- Prevention workshops
- Assessments
- Individual short-term counseling
- Advocacy
- Referral to other services
Eligibility
- Ages 10-21
- Youth at risk of pregnancy, currently pregnant and/or parenting
Funding for PACT is provided by Nassau County Department of Human Services – Office of Youth Services.
Hours
Monday – Friday: 9:00am-5:00pm
