Winner Selection: The winning raffle tickets will be drawn randomly from all entries on Wednesday, July 3rd at 3 PM at which time the winners will be notified by phone or email. FCA reserves the right to cancel the raffle and issue refunds if fewer than 250 tickets are sold. FCA is a 501(c)(3), non-profit organization and raffle proceeds will support our health and human service programs on Long Island.
